MD Squared (MD²) gave a simple, yet transformative mandate: create a digital experience that transcends the traditional conventions of a healthcare organization. The goal was to develop a new approach that defined MD² as the singular leaders and founders of concierge medicine. The refreshed experience is a vital calling card, with the site launch coinciding with multiple location openings across the US. As a result, new enquiries poured in from both prospective patients and physicians interested in joining the practice.

IT STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION

We reimagined the homepage as a conversation between the voice of a physician and their prospective patient.

Framing the homepage as a conversation, rather than simply an “experience” enabled us to hone in on the most compelling aspects of being an MD² patient.

The homepage features MD²’s most compelling value propositions that no other medical practice can offer. 

AN ELEVATED INTERPLAY
OF DESIGN AND LANGUAGE

Throughout the supporting pages of the site, we continue an elevated approach to content and design, resulting in something more akin to a luxury brand than a medical practice. 

In these pages, we help prospects envision how MD² is seamlessly tailored to fit their lives while integrating crucial details that support our three main value propositions of exclusivity, unrivaled access, and privacy.

A CONVERSATION WITH THE FOUNDER

Rather than design a standard “About” page, we continued the effortless flow of the site with a 1:1 conversation with MD²’s founder, Dr. Howard Maron. 

Instead of getting mired in a rote timeline, we used this conversation with Dr. Maron’s to distill the practice’s guiding ethos, values, and principles. 

UTILITY AND REFINEMENT

Our approach to location pages was two-fold, to give users the best possible CX to effortlessly find locations while restructuring this section of the site to capture more relevant geo-locational results in organic SEO.
