Popsockets wanted to bring their brand values front and center—especially their focus on sustainability and giving back.

A clean, smart shopping experience highlights what Popsockets stands for and helps users find the perfect product faster.

Even though Popsockets is super recognizable, navigating their product catalog wasn’t always the easiest. It wasn’t clear how to find the right product—or why certain ones might be a better fit for different lifestyles.

To fix that, we ran collaborative workshops and interviewed stakeholders to get a full picture of what needed to change. From there, we built a streamlined navigation system and mapped out a content strategy focused on what really matters to their customers.
