Catbird has always had a devoted following, drawn to the brand long before dainty, layered jewelry became ubiquitous. When they came to us to replatform their site, the challenge was clear: create a digital experience that felt as intimate and discoverable as walking into one of their stores. Nothing generic, nothing cold. A site that understood the woman who has been wearing Catbird before anyone else caught on. The result is a digital experience as distinctive as the brand itself, effortlessly cool without trying to be.
An abecedarium on the site invites users to explore whimsical words—like ‘fairy,’ ‘cake,’ and ‘dusty records’—each revealing a piece of jewelry to discover. It turns browsing into a playful journey, letting fans uncover Catbird’s collectible treasures in unexpected, delightful ways.
